Main client need:

The client’s office was moved to another location and they wanted to apply SAM in the new building as well, extended with extra features.

Our solution:

Although, the employee headcount increased (1400 users in total), no interruption to business was experienced even with new location integration and implementation. Before moving into the new building, the FM team uploaded all of the corporate assets into SAM, making the asset management and assignment to employees smooth and fast. SAM was extended with the following new modules: gym module development, parking lot camera integrations, parking access control management, and operations. The client requested additional features in the Maintenance Tickets module as well to be able to manage the subcontractors.

Main client need:

The biggest challenge the client was facing was to transform the current office into a flexible work environment as its employee headcount doubled (from HC 1000 to HC 2000 in the same office space). In addition, they had a limited number of parking lots in the building, therefore optimization was required.

Our solution:

SAM was implemented before Covid, in 2018, when hot desking wasn’t a common practice. In order to motivate the employees and make flexible workstations popular, collaboration zones were created and the area of different departments was determined.  They also promoted remote work by increasing the number of home office days. With the introduction of SAM, employees didn’t have dedicated seats, or drawers therefore smart lockers were set up in the office space that could be easily reserved within the app. The application also helped new joiners to get to know the office layout and the location of the different departments. By placing smart sensors in the parking lot, they could easily track the occupancy, manage the bookings and significantly improve utilization. In addition, the Asset manager module meant a great improvement for the FM department.

Main client need:

After the company merger, their 18.000 sqm office footprint decreased to 8000 sqm with an increased total employee headcount to 2600.

Our solution:

A hybrid work model was implemented successfully with the introduction of SAM. A customized dashboard was created with several extra features eg.: activity-based collaboration zones, different levels of user permissions, push notifications before bookings, a customized handover form in the Asset Manager module. Special reports were requested by the client to learn more about the employees’ behavior, their connections at work. The system helped them to improve performance and optimize the office operation. Due to the successful partnership, they also introduced SAM in company’s additional headquarters.
